Sheet Metal / HVAC Installer - New Construction & Replacement Brookside Heating & Cooling - Manchester, NH

Brookside Heating & Cooling is a growing residential HVAC and plumbing company serving the greater Manchester area. We're looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Installer to join our new construction team, with the opportunity to cross-train on residential replacement and swap-out work as our business grows.

What You'll Do:

• Fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork, vents, and sheet metal components on new construction HVAC systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs to lay out and install HVAC systems accurately
• Install and connect ductwork, air handlers, and HVAC equipment on new builds
• Cross over to residential replacement/swap-out projects as needed, giving you variety and steady year-round work
• Inspect and test installed systems to confirm proper airflow and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with sheet metal components and duct systems
• Work closely with our install teams, project leads, and builders to keep jobs on schedule and on budget
• Follow all safety protocols and jobsite regulations

What We're Looking For:

• Solid experience in sheet metal fabrication and ductwork installation
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Comfort reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing ductwork and system issues
• NH Sheet Metal License preferred
• Field experience in both new construction and residential service/replacement is a plus
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work well as part of a crew

Pay & Benefits:

• $30.00-$40.00/hour, based on experience
• Up to $3,000 in sign-on bonus based on experience.
